Domain value calculator
A domain value calculator is only as good as its formula. Here is ours, in full. The AI produces a score from 0 to 100, and a fixed ladder turns that score into a quick-sale value range. The same score always gives the same range.
The score-to-value ladder
| Score | Tier | Quick-sale value |
|---|---|---|
| 93–100 | Ultra | $250–$500 |
| 80–92 | Premium | $150–$199 |
| 65–79 | Good | $75–$99 |
| 50–64 | Qualifying | $20–$50 |
| 0–49 | Below our bar | Not resellable / below our bar |
Why a fixed ladder
Letting a model invent a dollar figure produces numbers that drift from one run to the next and drift upward over time. Separating the judgement (the score) from the price (the ladder) keeps valuations consistent and easy to explain.
The ladder reflects quick-sale prices, so even top-scoring names land in the hundreds, not the thousands. A name in the top tier can still sell for far more to the right end buyer. The ladder tells you the floor you can count on.

Frequently asked questions
What score do I need to list on $199 Domains?
50 or more. Names below 50 are below our quality bar.
Why is the value lower than other appraisal sites?
We estimate quick-sale value: what a reseller would realistically pay for a fast sale. Retail appraisals estimate what a perfect end-buyer might pay someday, which is why they often look much higher.
Is the checker free?
Yes. It is free, needs no signup, and every result gets its own shareable page.
