Free domain appraisal
A domain appraisal is an estimate of what a name would sell for. Ours is free, instant, and deliberately conservative: it estimates the quick-sale price, not a best-case retail figure.
Paid human appraisals still have their place for high-value names. For the everyday question of whether a name is worth keeping, listing or dropping, an instant appraisal with a clear rubric gets you most of the way.
Automated vs. expert appraisal
Automated tools are fast and consistent but can't know about a specific buyer who needs your name. Expert appraisals take longer and cost money, and are worth it mainly for names you expect to sell for thousands. Use the free appraisal to triage, and pay for an expert only when the score and the market both point high.
Reading your appraisal
You get a score, a tier, a quick-sale range, a one-line verdict, and short lists of strengths, concerns and tips. The strengths and concerns are the useful part: they tell you what a buyer will notice first.

Frequently asked questions
Is the checker free?
Yes. It is free, needs no signup, and every result gets its own shareable page.
Why is the value lower than other appraisal sites?
We estimate quick-sale value: what a reseller would realistically pay for a fast sale. Retail appraisals estimate what a perfect end-buyer might pay someday, which is why they often look much higher.
How accurate is an automated domain appraisal?
It is a consistent estimate, not a guarantee. Any single sale depends on whether the right buyer turns up. Treat the result as a starting point and compare it with recent sales of similar names.
Can I appraise many domains at once?
Today the checker appraises one name at a time. Each result is cached, so re-checking a name is instant.
